  I have done business with True Sky for many years. They were my first credit union and believe me... not all credit unions are this bad. I have had numerous issues with them over the years, but recently I had an issue and the Assistant VP of Financial Services Mike Shockley. He couldn't or wouldn't explain a discrepancy with the mobile app and real life account information. Worse was his undesire to assist me in correcting the discrepancy. I'll let him explain it to the NCUA and the BBB. Though I have had many issues with them before I have also had good experiences. Most of the employees when going in or calling are very helpful, but my frustrations with this credit union are at there limit. Mike Shockley told me that my issues are "standard practice" yet I have had NO issues with my current Credit Union. "Standard Practice" here seems to be frustrating customers with ridiculous policies that keep your finances hostage for up to a week.
