  Consumer beware of this company and their sales people! Our experience has been awful and so far remains unresolved. Salesperson showed up about 9:00 P.M. one night with a sales pitch and lies. He told us he couldn't get install team that night so they installed next morning and not everything we had discussed with salesman. I called and nothing was fixed, instead we were told those are upgrades and we could get them at later date (not something stated the night before). We were also told we could do credit check and receive bill each month to pay, wrong again we were set up on automatic payments (not what we requested, but hey anything to get the sale right!?!?!?!). We were told we could sign in to our account online and change default phone number, payment information, etc., wrong again, only thing we can access is documents. Today I had the unfortunate experience of another phone call with Alder Security and still nothing resolved (it didn't matter that we first started calling when install tech was finishing install, that we had been lied to numerous times, etc.) Alder Security told us we would have to pay or find somebody that wanted system installed then we could transfer the contract to them. If they show up RUN FAST faster if they try the promotional house line because that's a lie too!!! VERY ANGRY FREAKIN CUSTOMER!!!! We would like this issue to be resolved since we haven't been happy from beginning
