  I have passed a base housing inspection first time up twice and still didn't get my deposit back from them and they want an extra 500 I finish my year and gave my 30 day notice save yourself the heartache I am not usually one to leave a bad review but if I can save someone a lot of money I will try the first week I didn't have an air conditioner they fixed it but than if I shut my stove to hard it would blow a fuse to the back half of the house till it blow the stove had to have that replaced my neighbors dogs on the weekly would come through my back fence and bark at me through my back door till we got the fence fixed so I decided to move before it got worse and my $500 bill comes to my new address

  MAIN STREET RENEWAL IS THE WORSE PLACE TO RENT FROM!!!! THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO RUDE!!! FIRST I REALLY LIKE THE HOUSE BUT IT WAS CHIPPED PAINT AND A LOT OF AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE PAINTED SO WHEN I DROPPED MY DEPOSIT OFF I ASKED IF THEY WAS GOING TO TOUCH UP THE PAINT AND THEY SAID NO. THAT SHOULD HAVE RAISED A RED FLAG. THE FIRST WEEK OF BEING THERE MY STOVE BROKE THEY FIXED THAT PRETTY FAST SINCE THEN MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND GARAGE DOOR BROKE I BEEN TRYING TO GET IT FIXED GOING ON 4 WEEKS NOW THEY MOVED MY SCHEDULE TWICE WITH NO NOTICE SO THAT MEAN I TOOK OFF OF WORK TWICE I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ANGRY BECAUSE ITS BEEN GOING ON 4 WEEKS WASHING MY DISHES WITH MY FEET IN WATER BECAUSE THE WATER IS COMING DOWN THREW THE SINK ONTO THE FLOOR. ALL CUSTOM SERVICE COULD TELL ME IS THAT I CAN NOT TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THAT I AM CHILDISH AND PETTY... PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE I RENTED FROM HERE NOT CHECKING THE REVIEWS AND NOW THAT I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEMS THAT I AM NOW EXPERIENCING. THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY EVER. AND I ONLY GAVE THEM THE ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDN'T POST WITHOUT GIVING THEM ONE BECAUSE THEY DESERVE NOTHING.
