  This is absolutely the best apartment home living experience I've ever had. I never thought I'd agree to move back into an apartment, but from the first moment we toured the facility we knew this wouldn't be like any other apartment experience. The location is amazing and surprisingly quiet! Even though it is nestled in between several great districts in down/mid-town you feel the ability to relax and be comfortable. I think the key factor in our enjoyment is the staff. They make the location feel like a community and allow you to be as involved as you want to be. They always seem to set the bar even higher. If there is something in need of repair or maintenance we don't hesitate in reaching out and don't worry about the problem being solved immediately. We truly love where we live!

  This is an amazing location. It is within walking distance of midtown and bricktown, and right next to the Oklahoma City Museum of Arts and the Civic Center Music Hall. Free onsite parking, free 24 hour fitness center, huge pool, hot tub, dog park, HUGE bedrooms, enormous walk-in closets, garden style soaking tubs...and the list goes on and on and on. If an incredible customer service experience is what you desire, look no further than Avana Arts!! Constantly doing fun resident activities, meet and greets, happy hours, fun pool stuff, etc.
