- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ZERO STARS - I am the office manager of a car dealership and just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life over the phone with this agency. I simply needed our company added as the lien holder to a policy. The agent that answered the phone immediately refused to assist me with anything before even hearing anything I had to say. He was extremely rude and yelled at me. Shortly afterwards, my service manager called back to try and get assistance with the same issue. He yelled at him as well and basically would not let him get one word in and proceeded to hang the phone up in his face. I strongly advise everyone and anyone to avoid this business.
