  They never actually fix anything. I've had two toilet valves replaced with old ones that still leak and don't work right. My washer job broke I stead of fixing it they just said to hold the back of the machine so the nob doesn't slip off of the mechanism. They also make you lay for your neighbors water because instead of having your own water bill, it's a shared bill between the tenants. So while I started paying 769 for rent, and 20 or so for water... I now lay 50 plus for water because they've filled more apartments. They also don't take care of the grounds except for right up front. So I'm paying to water flowers I don't get to see from my house. Rude apartment manager who always talks down to you when none of them can do their job. Can't wait til my lease is up, because they charge you out the wazoo if you want out due to their incompetence. .DONT MOVE HERE!
