- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After receiving a letter from them I called and explained that I would like more information regarding what they were trying to collect. They sent me an itemized bill from the hospital which showed charges of procedures that NEVER happened. I called them back to explain the situation, that I had already contacted the original debtor, and that I was disputing the debt and asked them to stop collection because it was an invalid debt. I was told that I could not call them to stop collection. When I repeated back what Brandi explained to me and asked to confirm that they were going to continue to try to collect a debt that NEVER occurred, she told me "this converation is over". Completely disgusted with their attempts to collect debts that aren't even legitimate.By Amber X, September 05, 2017
