  Customer service experience was horrible.. I recently purchased an Ipad from craigslist, when I got home I tried to activate the ipad and it showed that it had been stolen. I contacted the salesman that it was stolen from and he assured me he and the company would help reimburse me for what I paid for the ipad after I returned it to the company. We decided to meet the following day after work to give the ipad back and to file a police report, around lunch time the next day I was contacted by someone from the company and was threatened that I would be sued if I did not return the ipad right then. I told him I did not have it on me and would return it after work, after he began yelling through the phone at me I hung up. Later that day two policeman showed up at my work and forced me to go to my apartment to give them the ipad. After i did I contacted the company and they said they would not help me at all. I still cannot believe that na insurance company like this one wont help out someone who was basically stolen from.
