- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience was great at first. The lady who was preparing my taxes said they send them straight to the IRS. Before I came in I was told same day cash advance. She finished by telling me it should go threw by Monday. Monday came she told me they have not heard anything back. I got a call Tue saying I need paperwork. They have a second company prepare them, but Brittain told me otherwise. They igored my calls until I called blocked. The man told me to take my business to Jackson Hewitt again. Crazy thing is Jackson Hewitt has great customer service. That is one thing this company lacks. As well as the proper employee training. I went to Jackson Hewitt and got more money back, and 1300 in 2 hours. Do not do taxes here!!!!By A R, April 14, 2017
