  Upon moving into these apartments, I was excited and happy because they look so nice. I considered it to be the nicest out of all the apartments/houses I've rented before. What I did not expect, however, was for there to be a bug problem SO severe, I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there or eating off of my own dishes. They were EVERYWHERE. A portion of this review is to warn other unsuspecting prospective tenants like myself. Apartment complexes are required to do quarterly pest sprays and they did do those - but I put in at least 4 additional maintenance requests to try and resolve issue to no avail. I even went as far as to put my own insect repellent spray around the perimeters of my apartment - inside and out. It is, without a doubt, an infestation. Absolutely disgusting. So much so, that I would refuse company for that very reason. I am a very clean person, and after having multiple pest control calls come out, it is apparent that the problem was not me or any of my possessions. I have never had this kind of problem in the past. I am in the process of moving out and there were clusters of dead bugs stuck to the wall behind all of my wall hangings. I had to throw away countless possessions and keepsakes that were very important to me due to them being covered in eggs to the point that they were not salvageable. These findings were an absolute horror and made my stomach turn. They have not taken this seriously and it is a disgrace. In addition, my entire apartment building had a flood and I was never notified. I came home to many of my possessions soaking wet and thrown into my bathtub. There wasn't even as much as a note informing me that maintenance would be entering or had already entered my home. No emails or calls. Shortly thereafter, I went out of town for a few days and came back to my bedroom completely torn apart for them to replace the carpet. All of my furniture was shoved out of place. My bed was even knocked off of it's supporting beams and just left that way, shoved up against my closet door to where I couldn't even get in. This time, there was a hand-written note outside of my door notifying that someone would be coming, but it wasn't put up until the day before. I can imagine I was not the only one who had no way of seeing the note in time. Again, no call or email to warn me or give me the opportunity to make other arrangements. Unacceptable. I terminated my lease due to these issues and am still expected to pay a fee equal to a full month's rent, even though it was literally a health and safety hazard living in that place. I am sure there is nothing I can do about it. My experience living here was a complete nightmare and I would not suggest them to anyone.
